As an advocate for women in digital and one of the too-few women in leadership, she is going to lead a candid conversation with advice, insights and tips on how to stand up, be confident, happy and successful.
In the session she’ll discuss the following questions:
- How can more women survive and thrive in advertising and design?
- Why do so few women stay working in this industry?
- Why are there so few women in digital leadership positions? What can be done to change this?
- Is confidence the same as arrogance?
- Is there an alternative to leaning in?
