SoDA Peer Collaboration Group Program Officially Launched
by SoDA Communications / December 12, 2011
Since SoDA’s inception in 2007, peer-to-peer knowledge exchange and collaboration have been one of the hallmarks of the organization. In the past few months alone, SoDA’s C- and E- level members have started 100+ conversation threads on topics ranging from solutions to the patent troll issue to NDA and MSA terms to new business methodologies, sparking a wave of responses and generating shared knowledge that serves as one of the most compelling benefits of membership in the organization.
SoDA’s Peer Collaboration Group (PCG) program is designed to engage a broader cross-section of the talent pool at SoDA member agencies and to forge peer-to-peer networks at the practice area level through ideation and dialogue on topics relevant to specific disciplines. By facilitating knowledge exchange and collaboration across additional layers of our member agencies, SoDA will accelerate its mission of serving as a voice for digital marketing professionals worldwide to advance the industry through Best Practices, Education and Advocacy.
Since the July 2011 launch, a tremendous digital marketing think tank has already been established across 12 agency disciplines, including:
- Account Management
- Finance / Agency Operations
- Human Resources
- New Business / Marketing
- Project Management
- Social Media
- Strategy / Account Planning
Over 500+ department heads from member agencies across five continents have been invited to join the program, creating an unparalleled brain trust to drive the digital marketing industry forward. In addition to engaging in ongoing collaboration to solve discipline-specific challenges, SoDA’s Peer Collaboration Groups will speak at industry events and contribute their thought leadership to SoDA Communications – including our annual The SoDA Report publication and White Paper Series.
